The best way to get free shipping if it's not already offered, is to bundle with several other items so they can share the package. Shipping is expensive these days, (about $5 for the tiniest items up to $12 for the larger bundles) and "free" to you means I am paying for it out of pocket, so please keep shipping in mind if you make an offer.
