Most items ship in 48 hours and are mailed in compostable mailers. Items are washed in natural laundry detergent (Biokleen). If items are resale and not our own, they may have a stronger detergent smell. My items are in good condition and I take pride in packaging every item with care. Returns will only be accepted under extenuating circumstances. I am careful to inspect items before shipping, and note any flaws or wear.
